Mezzo-soprano Tina Alexander has been singing and performing throughout most of her life and went on to pursue music at the post-secondary level. She began her music study at Prairie Bible College in Alberta, and transferred to finish her Bachelor of Music in Voice performance from the University of Lethbridge, she then finished her Masters in Music at the University of Ottawa.
Throughout her career, Tina has been able work under some of our country's finest choral conductors, as she was chosen to tour with the National Youth Choir of Canada both in 2008 and 2010. She was also selected to perform as a member of the Carnegie Hall Festival Chorus at Carnegie Hall in New York City.
Tina also studied at the University of Toronto on scholarship with renowned countertenor, Daniel Taylor in a post-graduate certificate program. She is currently the Instructor of Voice and Choir at Grande Prairie Regional College.
